Once the customer receives the service, he/she will have 3 working days to send an email to support@adelevate.net, indicating his/her dissatisfaction with the service.
At the moment AdElevate receives the mail, it will review the case and if any refund to the customer is applicable, AdElevate has a period of 30 working days to make the refund by the same means in which the purchase of the service was made.
